You acknowledge that this digital action constitutes a legal signature with the same force and effect as a written signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.
YogKulam is an educational and training institution providing yoga education, teacher training programs, workshops, and wellness courses. All offerings are strictly for educational and professional development purposes.
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may participate only with explicit written consent from a legal guardian.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account shall be deemed your responsibility.
Participation in yoga practices (including postures, breathwork, meditation, and cleansing techniques) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the User’s own risk.
YogKulam does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before commencing any program.
YogKulam shall not be liable for any physical injury, mental distress, illness, or health complications arising from participation.
Enrollment grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials.
All content including videos, recordings, PDFs, manuals, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of YogKulam.
Recording, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of YogKulam content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Fees must be paid according to the schedule communicated at enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Refunds are governed strictly by the official YogKulam Refund Policy available on our website.
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all academic, attendance, and assessment requirements.
Certifications are educational credentials and do not guarantee employment, income, or government recognition.
By submitting testimonials, reviews, comments, or media, you grant YogKulam a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YogKulam, its founder, instructors, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogKulam’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant service.
YogKulam reserves the right to terminate access without refund in cases of misconduct, harassment, violation of guidelines, or intellectual property misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
YogKulam shall not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet failures.
YogKulam reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
